We are seeking a reflective and collaborative Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about working with young children and committed to creating meaningful, engaging classroom experiences. This role may include working with children across preschool age groups, depending on experience and school needs.

Position Overview
The Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for designing and facilitating developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences while contributing to a cohesive and supportive school environment. This educator works closely with colleagues to ensure consistency in routines, expectations, and instructional practices across classrooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate play-based, engaging learning experiences grounded in child development
• Create a nurturing, well-managed classroom environment that supports independence, emotional regulation, and a sense of belonging
• Maintain consistent daily routines that support active learning and predictability
• Observe, document, and reflect on student learning to inform instruction
• Communicate effectively with families regarding student growth and development
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment across classrooms and contribute to a cohesive school culture
• Engage in ongoing reflection and professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required)
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practice
• Experience in play-based, child-centered learning environments
• Ability to implement responsive teaching based on observation and reflection
• Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to professional growth
