The Early Childhood Special Education: Center-Based Teacher serves as the case manager for children with disabilities ages 3-5 in the inclusive preschool classrooms in LPS.  Must demonstrate the ability and skills necessary for successful collaboration and planning with early childhood staff and other early childhood service providers to implement programming and services to meet the needs of children with disabilities.  Responsible for the development and implementation of IEPs and IFSP and other related special education paperwork in the school setting.  Assists with collecting GOLD data, provide input, and collaborates with families on home visits and other regular and ongoing communication.
