About This PositionMass Audubon's Ipswich River Nature Preschool is seeking either a Preschool Teacher or a Lead Preschool Teacher for the upcoming school year. The Preschool Teacher is one of the early childhood educators in the teaching team and teaches one or more preschool classes, collaborates with co-teachers on curriculum development/implementation, writes student assessments, engages in classroom management ad family communication. They are responsible for co-designing educational experiences for nature preschool students in accordance with Mass Audubon’s Action Agenda strategic goals, Mass Audubon’s education frameworks, guidelines, and policies for Early Education and Nature
