The E.B. Hirsh Early Childhood Center at Baltimore Hebrew Congregation is seeking an energetic, driven, compassionate educator to be our next Director. The Director of the E.B. Hirsh Early Childhood Center is responsible for overseeing the operations of the early childhood center, serving children from age 3 months through Pre-Kindergarten. This leadership role requires a balanced approach, combining administrative efficiency with a warm, nurturing leadership style that fosters a positive and supportive learning environment for both children and staff. The Director is responsible for the development, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of the program, including the oversight of an age appropriate educational program, the supervision of teachers and staff, and the manag
