We are seeking a caring, responsible, and energetic Daycare Worker to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will support the emotional, social, and developmental needs of children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times

• Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons

• Help with feeding, diapering, toileting, and nap routines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment

• Encourage positive behavior and social interaction among children

• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about daily activities and any concerns

• Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations

• Support lead teachers/aid and other staff as needed

• Attend required staff meetings and training sessions        

  Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; CDA or early childhood coursework preferred

  • Prior experience in a licensed daycare or preschool setting is a plus

  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Patience, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children            

    • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs

    • May require bending, sitting on the floor, and standing for extended periods

    • Indoor and outdoor supervision in various weather conditions
