The Children’s Center welcomes applications for the next Executive Director, a vital leadership role having a lasting impact on the children and families of VA’s Western Tidewater community. Through services at seven locations, The Children's Center offers a continuum of care, from pregnancy through preschool - including Head Start, Early Head Start, and Early Intervention.  In 2023-2024, The Children's Center served over 1,100 children with a staff of 200.
