Job Summary The Senior Manager of Workforce Initiatives will support the vision and mission of the T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood National Center, which aims to improve increased education, compensation and retention of the early childhood education workforce. This position will support all T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood National Center staff and partners through a variety of initiatives, including early childhood apprenticeship, event coordination, publication development and technical assistance.
