Sunflower Child Development Center is looking for someone with management
experience who is organized, motivated, and positive to lead our administrative team
and organization. As a non-profit, we are looking for someone to help drive the
organization’s success through staff engagement and leadership as the organization
transitions into a new Sunflower Child Development and Discovery Center building.
This is a full-time position based in Decorah. 

 Qualifications include a BA or Masters in Child Development, Early Childhood or
Elementary Education, Business Management or other related field. Minimum of 3
years experience in childcare, early childhood education, or leadership role at a nonprofit organization preferred. Ability to travel occasionally, overnight within the State of Iowa, and nationally for training. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Excel. Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. Position will remain open until filled. EOE.
