As the Executive Director you will:
Partner with Apple and Bright Horizons to create a center that is at the top of the field as we work together to mold the future of technology with the field of ECE pairing our emergent curriculum with STEM education with an emphasis on the application of knowledge in real-life situations!
Achieve and often exceed business goals by implementing strong educational programming with excellent financial and people management.
Successfully leads parent boards, client relations, and community relations to facilitate the growth and reputation of the company.
Continuously seeks growth and development opportunities for your team and yourself.
Have a deep understanding of state licensing and NAEYC accreditation.
BA in education or related field
Director experience, 5+ years
Experience in a corporate child care setting, 3+ years
Classroom/mentorship experience, 3+ years
Excited about the partnership with Apple and Bright Horizons
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
