Our Reggio inspired programming focuses on the interests of our young learners and their families' individual cultures. Through values: respect, diversity, collaboration, access and creativity, the parents and staff provide a community that nurtures healthy growth.
We are seeking someone special to lead the organization into a prominent fixture for Northern Ohio including program development, financial management, community and public relations, administration and volunteer programming.
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or child development required, Master's or Doctorate preferred Experience with the Reggio inspired approach Significant knowledge of funding resources and experience with budget development Ability to lead and supervise a staff of 25

Since 1968, we've been serving the families of the community by providing exemplary programming. Our lead teachers have an average tenure of more than ten years. We have grown to become the largest provider of early childhood education in Oberlin and have served multiple generations of families in the community through our center-based and community-based early learning programs.
